Mission Without
Compromise
We're a for-profit developer with a nonprofit's heart. We believe affordable housing should serve people earning 30–60% of area median income, not investors' spreadsheets. We commit to 75-year affordability, not the minimum 30-year compliance period. Every community we develop includes a resident services partner, and we integrate residents' voices into design from day one. We measure success not just in units built, but in lives improved.
